Charles is Shipwell’s culture-keeper, rancher and Vice President of Engineering. With over 20 years of leadership experience in high-growth startups, Charles has played pivotal roles in product marketing, product development, and sales, driving successful IPOs and acquisitions. His career includes serving as Senior Vice President at Relativity Technologies (acquired by Micro Focus) and supporting seed-funded startups at Austin Ventures, where he helped secure Series-A funding. A former NASA software engineer, Charles also brings extensive experience in managing globally distributed teams, running P&Ls of up to $15M, and leading teams of over 100 employees. At Shipwell, Charles leverages his technical knowledge, business acumen, and revenue-focused approach to scale technology solutions and foster innovations that deliver value to its customers.
