Following the environmental rules

The Environmental Protection Agency is always tightening on the reduction of carbon emissions in freight. Until electric trucks start becoming readily available, there isn't much the industry can do. There will be new regulations rolling out that will change how the industry uses fuel.

Monitoring the Hours of Service

Hours of Service have been around for a while but is monitored more heavily with the introduction of ELDs. Getting a productive day out of the allotted hours can be a challenge, especially with slow docks.
