HelloFresh Onboarding
Logging Into the Shipwell Platform:
HelloFresh team members will receive an email from Shipwell letting them know they have a new account that's been created for them.
Click the button to set up your account password.
Once the password is set, you will login using your credentials.
Adding New HelloFresh Vendors:
Click "Address Book" on the Shipwell platform sidebar.
Click "+ Add New," located on the top righthand side of your screen.
On the following screen, add the vendor company information. Please include an External Reference*.
*External Reference:
The external reference code is used to map imported orders from HelloFresh vendors to their specific destinations. If the code is entered incorrectly, Shipwell will not be able to automatically import orders.
External reference codes are entered in the following format:
[HelloFresh Vendor Code]-[State Abbreviation]
ex. "12345-tx"
Orders:
How to create a shipment from one order
From Orders, click "Unassigned."
Click an Order number.
At the top righthand side of your screen, click "Create Quote" to receive bids from carriers, or "Create Shipment" to manually enter a carrier for the shipment.

Use the checkboxes to select multiple orders.
Click "Create Quote" to receive bids from carriers, or "Create Shipment" to manually enter a carrier for the shipment.
How to unassign an order from a shipment
From the Shipment Details view, click the pencil edit icon.
Click the "X" on the Order you wish to unassign from a shipment, and confirm the deletion from the shipment.
