How to Change Shipment Details After the Freight is Dispatched
Changing details post dispatch
Even when your freight has been dispatched by the carrier, you're still able to edit details of your shipment.
When looking at your Shipment Details page, hover over any section you want to make edits to, and select the Pencil Icon.
You are able to edit the pick up, delivery, vendor & equipment, line items, and financials of a shipment while it's dispatched.
Make sure to Save your changes. Then, generate any new BOLs or Rate confirmations as needed.
